Registration of events
The Registration is binding.
If you register online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
Students: Registration as a "student" is only possible if you are enrolled at a university. To complete your student registration, you must upload a valid proof of enrollment.
Payment:
After registration, the participant will receive an invoice. The registration is only valid after receipt of payment. You are able to pay by bank transfer, instant payment (Klarna) or credit card (Following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Master). The payment has to be in EURO (€) and „free of charge for the beneficiary“
The invoice has to be paid within 14 days.
VAT and Invoicing for On-Site Events in Austria
For congresses and other in-person events held in Austria, the place of supply is Austria according to EU and Austrian VAT law. Therefore, such services are subject to Austrian VAT and invoiced with 10% VAT.
The Reverse Charge mechanism does not apply, regardless of the customer’s country of establishment, since the service is deemed to be supplied in Austria.

Cancellation of participation:
We only accept written cancellations. Following cancellation fees will be charged:
- before 15.05.2025: 25 % of the participant fees
- after 15.05.2025: 100 % of the participant fees
We, however, gladly accept a substitute participant without demanding any additional charges.
Insurance:
The Insurance protection during each event is matter of the participant. For all events held by the organizer, liability is excluded.
Privacy protection
With the registration, the participant agrees that the organizer can use his dates (Personality, booked events) for his own function (Information about other events, promotion, etc.) and that the indicated address and e-mail address will be added to the participants list of the event.
You also agree that photos or shots will be taken and can be published.
The right of changes of program or fees, or changes of the general terms and conditions are reserved by the organizer.

Unforseen events
The organizer reserves the right to change dates and times, or – in case of insufficient participants – to cancel the event or part of it. In this case, you will be informed in an adequate period of time per e-mail. All fees for the cancelled event will be refunded. Additionally, there do not exist other compensations or claims.
In the unlikely event of unforseen events such as epidemic, pandemic, terrorist attacs, etc. and restrictions or cancellation imposed by governmental institutions, we will implement all official orders relating to the event and, if necessary, adjust the conditions of participation accordingly.
However, no claims for damages can be asserted against the organisers if the conference is made difficult or impossible, in whole or in part, due to the pandemic or official regulations, or due to unforeseen political or economic events or force majeure. Furthermore, the organisers accept no liability for personal injury or property damage during the event.
Claims for reimbursement of travel and/or accommodation costs as well as loss of working hours are excluded, unless these costs were incurred as a result of intentional or grossly negligent behaviour on the part of the organiser.
Place of jurisdiction
For all privities of contract with the organizer Austrian laws apply. The place of jurisdiction is Salzburg, Austria.
